I actually have a lot of design anger about this & I do think it's a design choice - polish over clarity isn't an uncommon design choice, but it's a bad one couple that with the chat interface (more design) & the handwaving about "intelligence" & at this scale it amounts to an epic public deception

I did an event in DC & there was a party for donors etc after. Was talking to 2 ppl & I said "Things are so bad." They said "No this is how it is. Things swing one way, then another. It's normal."
