As a former student at Kent State University, 1969-1970, I have witnessed the results of the government using the National Guard to quell citizen resistance. There may be a Kent State repeat of killings in Los Angeles if the National Guard is called out by Trump. Even now there is blunt force.

I grew up raised by my grandparents who are 100 years old today. They would cry telling me about segregation and family who were enslaved and Lynched in Macon, Georgia. They had me marching for MLK when I was 5! I’ve been fighting for civil rights my entire life. Don’t insult my intelligence.
