Putin proved the US could be ignored in geopolitical conflicts. Trump backed down when Russia refused a cease-fire. He begged Vladimir to stop terrorizing Ukraine. Putin ignored him-now all nations see the US is irrelevant. everybody is now scrambling to build a big army and nuclear weapons.
