Why did many people cringe at the Sam Altman and Jony Ive video? Maybe we're used to actionable hard-sell videos with an embedded CTA. To me, this is exciting. It's the possibility of an inflection point for interfaces comparable to the invention of the mouse.

Why are some of you still using X? I don't mean the people that must keep it for their job or income, but the rest of you? I'm trying to understand what your red line is. Or do you not have one?

I know some people think the use of a smile emoji can come across as passive aggressive but 100% of the time I use it it’s because I want to come across as nice.

reading about designing data-intensive applications vs. actually designing data-intensive applications

There was a feature, I think on twitterific, that let you see users that were probably nearby. It was cool! I guess if there's a way to implement something like that on @bsky.app

Honestly, every weekend should be a 3 day weekend.

I know the intention of this platform and protocol is not to overthrow Twitter… But it should be.

Bring back the 2000s

Still better than "if Elon …"

Last Ted Lasso episode (Sunflowers) made me cry and feel so calm at the same time. My second favorite show after The Office.
