Whose interests is Rachel Reeves acting in? The only thing I received from KKR when they were announced as Thames Water’s preferred bidder was a sense of dread.

The ignorance by the government is mind blowing, you can’t destroy nature and then hope to rebuild it somewhere else. It’s a precious resource. I’m so thankful for MPs like Clive Lewis who’s got the courage to stand up for something that belongs to us all. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

The government exaggerating numbers? Surely not. www.theguardian.com/education/20...

Free school meals, whilst very important, will do nothing for these people.

Why are the media not covering this?Private Eye is the only one so far and it’s covered alleged corruption at the Teeside Freeport which, in fairness, the FT also picked up. You’d think the government giving away £billions to corporate interests would stimulate some coverage.

It’s started. How to humiliate yourself, and show what a narrow minded, cruel person you are, in a few easy steps.

Are there any water companies in Britain that are not dumping sewage into our precious waterways?

definitely one for a good hard drive-by graffitiing

This is a great rebuttal.

The government claim this as a moral mission. However, impoverishing the already impoverished disabled population is also a moral mission. It doesn’t seem consistent to me, what is it to be? It’s nothing to do with political expediency and being outflanked from the left by Farage is it?

Keir Starmer, at PMQs, said the gov was pressurising Israel to allow the necessary amounts of aid into Gaza to feed the starving population. He said nothing about halting British surveillance flights that precede heavy bombing by Israel and he said nothing about halting arms shipments. Coward.

This is terrifying.

What has happened to Stephen Timms, he was an advocate for the disabled when chair of the Work & Pension Select Committee? www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/news/troubli...

The DWP, and its ministers, are taking a see no evil, hear no evil approach to disability cuts. www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/news/citizen...
