Watching Thomas Haden Church defend “Santa Monica” by Everclear late in the second season of “Tires” might have been the highlight of my weekend. It was definitely the most relatable moment.

Breaking up the Sunday morning doom scrolling with a clip of John Mulaney & Jon Stewart talking about the dude who threw a shoe at George W Bush

Reading about Trump bombing Iran during set break was less than ideal, but besides that, my first @moeperiod.bsky.social show since 2003 was damn good fun. The boys still got it. Al was a madman & “Timmy Tucker” was an effin monster. Brought back some fun memories.

Not for nothing, but moe is still really good & a lot of fun.

‘Jaws’ came out 50 years today and few characters have had a better intro than my man Quint

Trump continuing to follow to the Gob Bluth method of presidenting.

Our 4 year old daughter just farted then looked around, then looked at me and said “house sounds, huh?” Not sure I’ve ever been more proud.

Submitting this as my out of office reply.

I don’t have nugs.net so I was getting into these @eggymusic.bsky.social fellas via Bandcamp. But now they’re not posting shows on Bandcamp and I miss ‘em.

Yesterday versus today here in the lovely mid Atlantic

Trump administration going to be stealing from Chappelle by this time tomorrow to justify going to war with Iran

I mean, at some point, it's not a distraction, Chuck. It's just a constant deluge of merciless evil. But cool you'll keep on posting through it. Love that for you.,

This song makes me want to flip over a table, jump across a bar, hit someone with a pool cue, hit another person with a half full pitcher of beer, break a bar stool over someone else, and when that's done, pour myself a beer and say something cool like "are the nachos good here?"

He looks like he's on your Ring camera asking if you heard about the raccoons in the neighborhood

United Status status update:

OTD in 1983, The Police released their 5th & final album, 'Synchronicity.' It's crazy how wild, productive & influential the band was in such a short amount of time. Outlandos d'Amour (1978) Reggatta de Blanc (1979) Zenyatta Mondatta (1980) Ghost in the Machine (1981) Synchronicity (1983)

Today's playlist: OKAY, LET'S GO SUMMER because it's been rainy & foggy and I just want nice weather. Featuring some of my favorite songs of the year from TURNSTILE, Fishbone, Goose, Eggy, Eddie 9V, Budos Band, Charley Crockett & more. #Playlist #NowPlaying open.spotify.com/playlist/296...

I’m not sure what to make of this new ‘Naked Gun’ movie but I will say, this is pretty good…

I would definitely go see Jaws in theaters. And would definitely bring a few Narragansetts with me. That sounds like a heck of a good time, bub. apple.news/AgcJsChweT0G...

I’m going to listen to this great Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit record today because it came out OTD in 2017 and I’m nothing if not a sucker for celebrating anniversaries. Also there’s something about listening to Isbell on a rainy day that just kind of makes sense.

What it’s been like being a Red Sox fan these past few years (and yeah I know we’ve one 4 titles since ‘04, but facts are facts, kid.) #Devers #RedSox

This picture is even better with the Curb theme added to it.
