If your vote made a religious fundamentalist, a white Christian nationalist, an anti-immigrant activist, a white power supporter, or an anti-choice person happy, feel empowered, or validated, whatever your reason for that vote, you chose poorly.

So many chances to have made a first post, instead I’ll say this. We aren’t raising ‘soft’ kids when we ask them to investigate their feelings/motivations when they do something, instead of immediately correcting them. We’re equipping them w/tools to see the causes of their behavior & change them.
