i hate that layton games switch off who does the puzzle between layton and luke. when my fuckups transfer to luke its like ah yes this makes sense he is the inexperienced apprentice. when they transfer to layton i have inadvertently made it so the guy w/ a phd doesnt know how to do first grade math.

there's nothing quite like playing a game nobody ever talks about and slowly going insane about the fact that it has no fans/players. if you do this often enough you'll escape samsara but if you do it too often you'll contemplate tearing holes in reality. have to really shoot for that middle ground.
