Reminder: What makes a place a blue zone is environment, not individual motivation. A blue zone environment is so supportive of our most important human needs that motivation is unnecessary. Please be easy on yourself as you go about doing your best in an environment that's working against you.

After struggling with sleep for the last four years, I finally got a truly decent, full night of sleep. I know it's a wellnessy trend, but the mouth taping thing is actually worth testing out if you haven't already.

Observation: This is truly an app for hope-questing, not doom-scrolling. That's what most of us are trying to do on any app. We're usually already feeling doom and looking for something hopeful, useful, or delightful. The difference I see here is that we stand to find it. πŸ’›
