I need math help. Congress says they will can save $880b from Medicaid cuts. BUT 80m are on Medicaid; 46.5m of those are <21 or >65, 7m are disabled, and 17m are employed. That leaves 9.5m who would have meet these work requirements. Ave cost of Medicaid is $8651 x 9.5m = $82b. Where's this $880b?
