Something I'm not seeing mentioned in today's reports about the Qatari plane is that Trump has said that when his term ends it will be handed over to his foundation. The millions being spent on retro-fitting it as AF1 will be down the drain and taxpayers will still be on the hook for a new AF1.

Forgive the earnest post here, but one year ago this week, Global Tetrahedron took over The Onion. We've since brought back the paper and ONN, dramatically increased revenue, and hired more writers and artists. But most importantly, as other places debased themselves, we refused to bend the knee.
