Ive lost a lot of weight the past 2 years, but I’ve got some loose skin too. It’s not loads, but it’s enough to stop me seeing the shape I’m working towards. People asked about Raylo… I’ve leased my Nintendo Switch 2 instead of paying £500+ upfront. It’s £17.50/month, but I traded in my OLED Switch as part of the deal, so now it’s about £5/month for 12 months. It’s insured, I can use all my stuff, and I’ve got time to decide if I want to buy one later 😛

This is solid progress for me. Two years ago, I struggled to run and got out of breath easily. My VO2 Max was in the early 30s, which is classed as poor. Now it’s above average, big shift! 🎉

In counselling we’re going through the hours before my sister’s death. Between 16:27 and 17:57, staff saw ligature risks, didn’t act, and still approved the item she used. She was found dead just over an hour later. I’m stuck here because they could’ve stopped it and I can’t get past it 😖

Thoughts today… Pride Month shows how far we’ve come, and how far we’ve still got to go. Bigotry survives when people refuse to evolve. Just because someone struggles to accept others doesn’t make their prejudice valid. Discomfort isn’t an excuse to deny someone’s rights or identity 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
