Had fun with THE FINAL RECKONING, but I think MISSION IMPOSSIBLE should've died after 6 or at the very least reset with someone other than McQuarrie. The set pieces remain exceptional but everything else -- the story, the dialogue, the editing -- has gone to complete shit to a near-insulting level.

LAST OF US S2: V good. Probably my favorite show on TV. That said: the finale was a bit of a jumbled, rushed, unfulfilling mess & the (non-Ellie) Seattle stuff all season didn't really work for me as a non-gamer. I assume that will be rectified in S3, but not sure it's particularly effective as TV

The release structure is awful. I blame the creators for thinking a tiktok-brained audience doesn't have the patience for a slowburn like ANDOR (they're right of course), but most of all, I wish the creators hadn't tried to cater to those people and made the show for the people who love it as is.

The latest batch of ANDOR eps is incredible TV. My only disappointment, which isn’t the show’s fault, is that they aren’t giving Jyn the same treatment because it has the source material to warrant at least a season of TV.

Gutted. PSG are obviously good, but this tie was quite even over two legs and the difference was the quality of finishing; plus Donnarumma making some stupid saves. This group were running on empty and ultimately didn't have enough to push them enough up front - nothing new.
