#SFFChat: Ursula K. Le Guin's essays on writing are brilliant, powerful, and insightful. I believe "Dancing at the Edge of the World" was the first collection of her nonfiction I read. Highly recommended.

usually writer's block for me just means i need to do more noodling so i will walk away from the story for a bit. sometimes literally go for a walk. but a lot of the times when i'm really stuck it's something bigger like mental health issues or burnout #SFFChat

#SFFChat Writer's block usually means I don't yet have the angle to a story or scene that speaks to me. Typically, the best thing to do is to write on a different project, or recharge my creative juices by reading new material. Also, just getting out, experiencing the world, pondering my troubles.
