Bought a melon. I thought it was about to go off it smelled so very sweet. If course it was from the big 2 Aussie supermarkets so it tasted like a waterlogged turnip. Why is supermarket fruit n veg this dreadful in Australia. I've had better melon in Scotland FFS.

one underdiscussed aspect of public transportation vs cars is that when you’re on a train or a bus, it’s somebody’s *job* to get you to your destination responsibly. They are being paid to follow the rules and stick to a schedule. Some asshole who’s late for work does not share that responsibility.
