Day 13 I took a bit of a depression break early in the year. I truly do hate the winter months Today I did 5.25 miles It took 71 minutes and 27 seconds And I weigh 237.6 lbs going in the wrong direction nit 2 weeks of a garbage diet with no exercise will do that.
