How does one get out of a weird funk? Scrolling sucks. Dating sucks. “Friends” suck. Zero motivation. I know what I should do and how to do it - but it’s the doing that has been such a challenge lately. It feels like I’m at the end of a chapter and the next page is blank. And that is scary.
