I find it fascinating that my kid's computer has a 15yo processor in it that's still not really a slouch (an i7 2600K) and still handles his gaming load quite handily. I mean, he's 12, so it's not much. But he's getting the Ryzen PC now and I'm taking the i7 because his old rig intrigues me.
