110 entries in my diary this year. I try to write in it every day. then once a week before therapy I transfer over the most important things that happened each day into a monthly bullet journal list. One line per day. Its helped me notice patterns. Especially w/ productivity & med changes.

yes I'm sterilized but I still need birth control pills because I have PMDD. I make absolutely disastrous life choices without it. ending relationships, getting rid of all my possessions and leaving town without warning. just absolute insanity.

the last time my BC was delivered (my local pharmacy can't fill it b/c of insurance reasons) it wasn't at my door when it said delivered. I freaked out thinking the govt had restricted my BC access. Several hrs later it arrived. Pharmacy's only answer was call USPS. I need this med for PMDD.

my gyno removed my birth control pills from my med list. they were on there when I did the check in online before the appt. when I went to get a refill, it was no longer on the list. she did not tell me she was doing that.
