Tonight's movie, Son of Fury, with Tyrone Power and an excellent villain in George Sanders. But the best scene, by far, is with Elsa Lanchester, a serious actor, as a woman who shelters our hero. Which is just like two other scenes. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wemo... /1

I loathe this. It makes the beginners mistake of confusing the company and the business it owns. If the company is balance sheet insolvent, sure put it into an insolvent proceeding and sell off the business. The *shareholders* get nothing if it is insolvent. The *company* is worth zero. But. /1
