The previous tenants of my home. Planted an incredibly invasive aggressively prolific plant over a fire ant mound they couldn't get rid of. Abandoning the area. The plants spread and so did the ants. I've spent years struggling with both. Eradicating without pesticide & herbicide is impossible.
