Long before terms like "woke" and DEI existed, I was always about that shit. I never understood, and never will, why things like skin color or sex should have any bearing on how someone is perceived and treated. I can't stand hatred in any form. I can't stand violence or any form of abuse. Period.

Trump has renewed his call to privatize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac — the two mortgage giants that back nearly 70% of home loans. For homebuyers, privatization would mean even higher mortgage costs. It could also put the public on the hook for bailing out these giants, again.

It's funny how, out of thousands of people we're mutually followed with, we end up with a core group of a few dozen that we interact with the most. It makes me think of the saying "your vibe will attract your tribe". I do know that I'm grateful for those few dozen people I've connected with so far.
