Tried a new method with my tomato sauce today. Slow cooked in the oven instead of on the stovetop. Also, I stewed a carrot and onion in the sauce while it cooked instead of cutting them up and letting them melt into the sauce. Made some chicken parm with the results. #food #yum #italian
