Another completely unnecessary junk. If they really want to dedicate to analog “vibe” then just stick perfecting a timeless analog model and reviving filmrolls. The whole vibe thing is so consumerism-driven: creating a half finished product and trick people to think they actually need it.

"We need to educate our stakeholders on the value of UX" is a dysfunctional response. If you are still in 2025, having to justify your existence AFTER you've been hired, your leadership has failed you. It should not be on individual contributors to sell themselves every time they want to do work.
