Upper Body A. Hit a pretty bad bout of depression over the past few days. Bad food choices. A lot of seclusion. Lifting helps me crawl out of it. Just wish I could figure out how to stay out of that pit.

Never thought shoulders would become one of my better features, but I’m happy with their growth. Looking forward to starting a new programing block on Monday.

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps. My favorite day. 1 week left of this lil Bummer 2 Summer challenge. Scale is still up from pre-vacation but it’s sinking down slowly and surely.

Back to the grind after 4 days of vacation. Gained roughly 6lbs over those days off so have some work to do to get back on track. Back, Biceps and Glutes.

Back, Glutes and Biceps with the trainer yesterday followed by Chest, Shoulders and Triceps this morning. Worn out but feeling good.

Bummer 2 Summer Day 6 Legs and Upper Back

Back at it. Bummer 2 Summer Transformation Challenge Day 1. Food choices today were less than stellar, but that workout felt pretty damn good. Chest/Shoulder/Tris

Kicking off some new programming. Ok really just some modifications of the last block but still feels nice to change it up. Back, Biceps, and Glutes.

Finishing up the first week of 2025 Q2 Will America still be here come Q3? 🤔 Anyway, legs/upper back/biceps

3 months later. Not quite as much progress as I would have liked to achieve over the first quarter of 2025, but the progress is there. Down from 208.2 to 203 with a low of 201 in the past week. Some inches down too. Damn determined to get solidly under 200 in Q2 and gain some more definition.

Wrapping up Q1 of 2025. Excited and nervous for Aprils checkin. Legs, upper back, and core today. Glad we decided to deload this week as it has been kinda mentally and emotionally stressful.

Last week’s lifts were real rough so we’re deloading this week. Already feels so much better. Back/Biceps/Glutes day

Legs/Upper Back/Core First workout in a few days that has actually felt decent.

I’m currently taking anything off my walls and shelves that reads as “queer” before my property manager does their inspection this week. It’s 2025 and I’m legitimately worried they could opt to not renew my lease because I’m gay. We’re living in the bad place, people.

Starting the week strong. Chest/Shoulders/Tris. + Core and Tabatta. Went up in nearly every lift and doubled the length of the tabatta.

Finishing off the week. Legs, Upper Back, Tabata, and Abs
