Removing pepperball residue from clothing and other items. This is based on my (unfortunately extensive) personal experience and experimentiation. Pepperballs contain powdered PAVA, an oily, synthetic capsaicin analog. The only reliable way to remove it is with a good surfactant soap and water. 1/

Some flavor of IBM PC at home. Apple II at school. The IBM didn't have a sound card or CD drive to start with. We got one later along with a big package of CD games for it. We didn't do much with the Apple II beyond playing games on them. No learning BASIC or how they work.

when it comes to less lethals you don't need ballistic armor, which is expensive bike helmet. Hockey helmets. goggles. football pads or just extra padding if it's not too hot there are always trade offs with armor but please if you go out at least protect your eyes and head.
