I think I can identify the problem on this one. Fire is only supposed to come out of the bottom of the rocket. I recommend they stop designing rockets where fire goes out from all sides of it. Rocket science is easy!

Not to mention what would they do even if they could somehow evacuate? Just the city limits of Tehran is 10% of the Iranian population. There's no where that would have the infrastructure for these people. Would they be living in tents with no electricity, sewers, trash pick-up, or running water?
