This is a more realistic analysis than the current 4 to 5 years being suggested elsewhere. Russia has been in a war economy for at least the last 2 years, and by all accounts it needs to sustain this to keep its forces occupied and prevent unrest at home.

Interesting article, while I would advocate for any military cooperation between the EU, or members of the EU, the UK and Norway, including Canada. It's in our best interest to exclude the US. That will be hard for the UK, but if a wider war breaks out in the next 4 years, the US will not be there.
