I know these "bolts" exist! (One is circled in red in the image below.) I have 8 of them: 6 from an N Scale Thomas (of which this is one, arrow point to another and where this one belongs), and 2 from Emily. Why are they so darned difficult to find?!? Penny and toothpick for scale.

Maybe decaf coffee is better than regular for less pain. They say coffee itself can help, but too much and the caffeine starts making it worse. You'd think decaf would be perfect then. It seems to work, but maybe b/c caffeine makes me stress and that makes me go tartigrade, tightening up.
