I am convinced, although I have no hard evidence, that ICE has gotten orders to go out and re-detain Iranians with final orders of removal, many out in the community on orders of supervision for decades as Iran wouldn't take them. They may now be deported to Panama or somewhere random.

I'm a simple unfrozen state court clerk, but this is the part of it most galling to me personally. The district court judge and clerks put in an incredible amount of work in short order, as did the circuit judges and clerks. And they get reversed without saying why? It's appallingly disrespectful.
