Some days I look at my son and can’t believe I get to be his dad. Every lesson I teach him he teaches me tenfold in love, patience, and purpose. His smile, laugh, the way he looks up to me it’s the kind of love that changes a man forever. Proud to raise a strong, kind young king.

I am devastated by the loss of Minnesota State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, in a horrifying act of violence. Our prayers are with their children and all who loved them, and with State Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, who were also targeted.

Just so we are all clear This is the same camp that Ras J Baraka was arrested at and LaMonica McIver caught a FEDERAL charge for investigating because they did not believe the conditions were humane So the two Black legislators who actually did something ENTIRELY correct
