basically; - i wake up at 7:45AM - sometimes I fall back asleep and then I wake up at 8AM - then brush teeth/wash face/get "dressed" (i'm not in my pjs) - i log onto work and check msgs and emails by 9AM - walk away and get breakfast - come back and work while I eat (if i have no meetings)
