Enjoyed finally seeing Sinners tonight. Didn't know Saul Williams was in it, that was a bonus. Great music and direction, plus who doesn't love a strong dual performance.

Here's a lengthy read on the new Floyd remaster. I saw it in IMAX recently and it was astounding. Looking forward to picking up the blu ray. #PinkFloyd #Music

A 108-gigapixel scan of Johannes Vermeer’s “Girl with a Pearl Earring” captures the tiniest speck of paint with astonishing clarity.

A nice chat with director and insider Schnabel about #Basquiat and #Warhol, Wright and Bowie. #Art #Criterion 📽🎨

I was looking forward to #Andor last night, but then they got into more trade negotiation-y stuff (after a long infomercial about spiders) and I fell asleep lol. Some of it was pretty good tho, will try to rewatch during the day.

My dad got rid of his movie collection... my sisters took a few things but I got about 90%. There's a big box of stuff I already had, and more than what's pictured as well, but ultimately I picked up probably a couple years of stuff to watch today. #filmsky #art

I am once again asking you for treats. #Caturday

I studied film there. Didn't know it was linked to the greatest fantasy series ever. Need to get this finally.

Great portrait. I'm not sure what my fave Gorey work is. As a kid, we had his popup book about a family on holiday getting eaten by monsters (except for small Neville, who was fine with it.) The Iron Tonic is nice and melancholy, but for me it's probably the oblique and ominous Epiplectic Bicycle.

Any words for this drawing? A title?

Living in WI for almost 40 years, it's also nice to see Scott Walker fail one more time.

31 years ago today, this joke first aired on TV.

I don't know what all the fuss is about. I think it looks great 👇

It's here! The new Dana Gould Hour podcast, with author Samm Deighan (Revolution in 35mm) as well as Golden Turkey Awards author Harry Medved & screenwriter Bennet Yellin (Dumb & Dumber). True Tales From Weirdsville begins a multi-part series on the career of the late, great David Lynch.

One of my siblings works at a horror-themed bakery in AZ. They also have a memorabilia collection. Great food and super fun to visit! Here's some highlights. www.spookysswirls.com

One of my favorite devices in all of fiction is when two idiots are friends. Specifically two is the best; one is just ordinary and three plus seems to dilute the dynamic or validate the idiocy too much. The art concepts for Frog and Toad are also just sublime.

And this all-time icon. And Wormtongue. Great actor.
