PEPFAR's congressional reauthorization expired on March 25, 202 20 million men women & children were receiving life saving HIV meds thru PEPFAR. If full funding does not resume, an estimated 5-6 million will die within 5 years and AIDS will again become an epidemic throughout the world

I'm floored that this administration has cut the funding for HIV/AIDS research, at such an important time as now, with the possibility of new vaccines that could eliminate HIV/AIDS for good. So short-sighted and such an incredible hit to the health and welfare of our citizens. Despicable.
