@governorwalz.mn.gov sir, I wonder if you could tell me your stance on the dispute between the Upper Sioux and Minnesota Valley? Where is the sense in cutting off the power the tribe has faithfully paid for, simply because they are building too much solar, so they can be just a bit more independent.
