#AutChat A3: I haven't tried anything that was universally bad, but I can't explain things to my siblings the same way I do to my kids. They just hear excuses instead of explanation, and it gets pretty hard to communicate anything of value.

Unironically the thing I love about this point, is that it's a great basis to start talking to y'all about the fact that most of the people in jail in the US are just as innocent as Khalil. Many are Black folk that have been arrested with absolutely no basis, but wait over a year to see a judge.

#SpoonieAuthChat I did have tables at a handful of conventions a few years ago, mostly paranormal conventions run by a pair of guys and a book fair run by a steampunk group. I took a year off, but then both groups running those events fell apart during that year, so I haven't jumped back in.
