As expected, Jack Smith has filed a motion to dismiss Trump Jan 6 case on grounds that a sitting POTUS cannot be under indictment. But without prejudice, meaning the case can be brought again. Of courses there may be no appetite in 2029, but this preserves that option.

President Biden tried to raise the overtime threshold, which is the point where salaried workers are entitled to earn overtime pay. It would have helped millions. A Trump appointed judge in Texas just blocked it. Please tell me you see which party is actually fighting for the average worker.
