I was FIVE minutes off! Actually crazy.

First time running a whole mile straight! I'm a big guy, and I once thought cardio and running would forever elude me. For those that want to start, don't be afraid to jog at a speed where you'd normally be walking. I started at 3.5mph, but my goal would be to hit 6.0 to jog a mile in 10 minutes.

If you ever feel down, go for a run! Because then you might realize your physical health is worse than your mental health!

So that's on the news 🤣🤣🤣

There's always time when we're overthinking and worse yet falsely assuming something of someone we're fond of. When that happens, talk and communicate with them to help clear those assumptions. When's the last time you were overthinking about someone?

Good morning #BlueSky! Some positivity for today: Your life is giant book where you're the main character. When the going gets rough, remember that even the most likeable character faces challenges! You're in the middle of an inspiring arc, and you too are that likeable character. Keep going!

I might as well do this too. (I totally didn't forget #promosky) Let's be mutuals if you like... Hiking and Exploring Fitness Self-Improvement Books on Self-Improvement and Business K-Pop/R&B Jazz Classical Music Video Games Anime Cooking and of course, doing better for yourself everyday :)

I went up Bear Mountain this weekend and thought I conquered it... until I made my journey downwards. It was really terrifying racing against the sunset. Regardless, the peril was totally #worthit.

One of the books one of my friend recommended me when I was going through my self-improvement journey was The Four Agreements. It's amazing because even if you loosely abide by the lessons it teaches you beforehand, reading it really reinforces those points in! It's short and sweet, give it a read!

You know, with all the crazy news out there, I might as well try to inject some general positivity in here. I'd like to be better than myself yesterday, even if it's just 1%. What are some things you have done better than yesterday?
