I think we’ve reached a boiling point when it comes to ICE. Today in Minneapolis, a militarized task force raided the beloved Lake Street taqueria, Las Cuatro Milpas—and the community was not having it. Agents from ICE, the DEA, FBI, ATF, IRS and HHS rolled up looking like they were ready for war.

I interviewed a guy today for a mid level position who has been a FX supervisor and worked at Pixar, DreamWorks and other big name VFX houses. It's rough out there folks. Hard to picture someone like this even considering the position only a year or two ago. Good luck finding work. 🤞🤞🤞

So I saw the new Lilo and Stitch. I think it's great that it created some work for VFX. But I just wasn't a fan of it. From the casting on Jumba and Pleakly, to speeding through the story, to the way it was shot like a lifetime movie.. Not a knock on anyone who did the VFX work, just wasn't for me.
