Lowell Pride is saturday. There's a flag-raising downtown and a party at the Pawtucket Blvd bandstand. These venues are almost 2 miles apart. There is a shuttle bus but Pride was well-attended last year. Seems to me, of all years, that we should take the streets and walk, at least out of downtown.

One of the nyc bookstores I worked at had a shipping and receiving manager whose name escapes me - sorry dude - who taught me how to tie up almost any rectangular object with a length of rope so you can carry it long distances. with a rope and a bandana, you can carry basically anything.
