It’s gonna sound like I made this up but I once went to an “elevated” westernized dim sum place and the menu had something called Chinese Rarebit (their play on Welsh Rarebit) It ended up being regular vegetable buns with a square of American cheese melted on top. Served in a steam basket.

if you’re an etsy shopper definitely try to check to see if an artist has an external store off etsy before purchasing.. :( (its also less fees for the artist that way!) unfortunately though for a lot of artists, etsy is still one of the most viable option for sales
