Awesome show tonight. Great way to wrap up Barcelona. Highlights include Magenta -> Grim Reaper, Flamethrower, You Can Be Your Silhouette and Cut Throat Boogie. The after party DJ set is coming soon. No word on if someone’s recording/streaming. Fingers crossed.

Barcelona starting off strong! A few repeats from their last show there (which is odd) and Stu’s a bit sloppy but it’s really fun. Might be the best Gilgamesh ever? The first hour medley is awesome. Metal set was varied which is nice.

Extinction has really become one of my favorite synth tunes which is strange because it was definitely my least favorite on The Silver Cord. Gorge ‘24 was eye opening at Lisbon’s cemented it. So good.

The new Nathan setup has me excited for the coming Gizzard shows, especially the rave shows. It’s so much more layered than 2024. There’s so many more opportunities for jams. Also shocked how few people are mentioning that today was the first metal > synth transition. Petro > TSC is coming.

Tonight made last night feel like a rehearsal. Sometimes I read a set and think “did they specifically write this for me?” This is one of them. Highlight was the fantastic Iron Lung > Hypertension but Dragon, KGLW, Evil Death Roll, the MOTU suite and Le Risque were awesome too.
