In the Skrmetti dissent, Sotomayor points out that you cannot use "diagnosis" to get around equal protection, as the diagnosis itself is based on promoting alignment with one's assigned sex at birth vs. transgressing it, thus it should trigger heightened scrutiny and sex discrimination.

Watched this video of NL playing a game called rematch and it made me intensely nostalgic for the years I spent playing indoor soccer. I always loved indoor soccer more because it was faster paced and being able to bounce passes off walls was so fun. I was never top tier at it but I loved playing.
