Taking a quick pause from any of my usual posting to say that I started lifting about a month and a half ago to help address/prevent some physical ailments. I started with 0 weight and gradually built up, and today I did my full sets deadlifting 95 lbs and could’ve easily lifted heavier. Feels good!
