I don’t get how Openreach prioritise maintenance work. Had an issue with loose cabling last year, reported it and an engineer sorted it within 2 hours. My mother lost her phone connection nearly a week ago and still not sorted. She’s vulnerable, housebound and feels isolated….. (1/2)
