Forty-five minutes until the SINGULAR INTERVIEWS chapbook goes on sale at www.dragonstairs.com.

Interesting that #Sinners is set in 1932, and that Dracula was released in 1931.

One of the best things about #Sinners is that it's stayed in the theaters this long, so that I was able to see it belatedly in one tonight.

Happy Release Day to a new Baen reprint anthology dedicated to the Rome of the past and future, including "The Wandering Warriors" by Alan Smale + Rick Wilber (which originally appeared in Asimov's)! We're in great company in this book, which contains several classics I look forward to (re)reading.

Today is a good day to pride--glory to all you rainbow family and friends. It's an honor to know you.

Now listening to New Rock New Role read by the author, @richardsparks.bsky.social

Last day of @balticon.bsky.social, and I'm off to Oz--or at least a panel at 10am about Oz through the years. It's been a good convention--nice energy level and lots of people.

Sunday at @balticon.bsky.social--I have a reading with Chuck Gannon at 7pm tonight. Before that, I have a 1pm panel on non-European folklore, and 5:30pm one on Orpheus stories. "All right, then, I'll go to hell."

Tonight at 8:30 at @balticon.bsky.social, I'll be on a panel about religious conflict in SFF (plenty to talk about with that one).

Today at Balticon, I had fun listening to readings from @ninjafingers.bsky.social (Jennifer Povey) and @randeedawn.com.

Tomorrow at @balticon.bsky.social, I'll start the day moderating a panel on Mommy Issues in SF/F/H. Should be great fun (and for the record, my own mom is very nice and will not be part of the discussion).
