What’s up with onions here on the west coast? Washington, Idaho, Oregon and California produce the most onions in the country, but it seems like I have to throw out 20% of all onions I buy because of rot. I lived my first 65 years in New England and I can’t remember ever throwing out onions.🧅

It seems many folks in SoCal have had their home insurance canceled in the last few years. How about passing laws that prohibit the cancellation of a contract (and an insurance policy is a legal contract) without reimbursing the customer the entire amount of their previous paid premiums?
