The @cbseveningnews.bsky.social is leagues better than NBC's, which is just cookie-cutter garbage without any humanity to it and no perspective. CBS is leading with reality and truth in an era in which that is discouraged by corporatism.

Sometimes, I wonder if humanity has a built-in drive towards suicide. Like, maybe nature has made it so we destroy ourselves every so often. A controlled burn or a herd-culling. Maybe mass stupidity and ignorance is the trigger. Things don't make sense during these times because they don't need to.
