I was laid-off and am looking for a new role. Working were design meets code is my jam. I am skilled at building accessible design system components, working with Web Components APIs, and creating scalable CSS architecture. I work remotely from my home in Manitoba, Canada. 🇨🇦 Shares appreciated!

Thinking about having a few open hours on Friday to chat with folks, mentor, etc. — what’s a good scheduling app for something like this that’s free and not a pain to use?

One more game, LFG.

Got my good luck Obi Toppin jersey on. Cmon Pacers!

New blog: I’ll admit, this one’s a bit of a ramble, mostly because I care a lot about how we give feedback, how we receive it, and why it so often feels like an attack (even when it isn’t). TL;DR: Feedback is care, when it’s done with intention. ashley.dev/posts/feedba...

When reviewing Figma designs, are your developers asking "which coded Design System component is this?". I've been experimenting with Figma Dev Resources and think this could help answer those types of questions! They're a quick win for a Design System team. www.tonyward.dev/articles/fig...

We’re hiring react based design systems engineers who are passionate about token taxonomy, building cool token tools, AI enabled systems and design partnership. DM me!
