ICE will never be taken to court by ppl defending themselves against ICE for exactly this reason. It also means there’s no incentive NOT to use force, bc you’re gonna end up tortured or DEAD for profit in an extermination camp regardless.

How long before ICE tries to kidnap a person who is A) a legal citizen, and B) practicing conceal & carry….& shoots agents. Would the case go to court? Bc it would come out at trial that the person is a legal citizen & the ICE agents under Trump illegally detained them, so “Stand Your Ground”
